TRUSTEE BOARD

  • Chair/Vice-Chair leads the Congregational Meetings

  • Gather and prepare annual proposed budget

  • Arrange annual nominations and elections (sub-committee consists of the Pastor, a Minister, a Deacon and a Trustee Board member to review nominations)

  • Meet bi-monthly or as needed to review finances , hear reports from their committees, address financial or vacancy concerns of any committee

  • Report to the Congregation
